The villa is situated on a quiet sandy beach, and is only at a short distance from the main town, Hora. The ground floor has a spacious entrance, open living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with queen bed and ensuite bathroom, and one bedroom with double bed with bathroom. The top floor has two bedrooms one with a double bed the other king bed and ensuite bathrooms. There is also a separate guest house with a king bed and bathroom. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned . Outdoor, there is a big veranda and the barbeque area where you can relax and have your coffee/drink or enjoy delicious meals. Both areas are shaded by wooden pergolas. In front of the villa, there is a large private pool with comfortable sun beds, stone-built pool bar and pool shower.
The location of the villa makes the beaches of Agios prokopios and Agia Anna reachable within minutes, while Town (Chora) is less than 5 minutes away by car where you can mix with the crowds and experience the island’s famous nightlife. In case of cancellation 30 days prior to the booking no fee will be charged, the deposit and the security deposit will be returned.
In case of cancellation within the 30 day period before the reservation date there will be a charge of 100% as a cancellation fee .
