The villa consists of 5 separate bedrooms arranged in 3 floors. The 1st bedroom has a king size bed, plenty of cupboard space and access to a balcony with a pergola for the sun. The 2nd bedroom has a king size bed, cupboards and a balcony with pergola and access to the outdoor area of the villa. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed, cupboards, and a balcony with access to the outdoor area. The 4th bedroom has two single beds and plenty of cupboards. The 5th bedroom has two single beds, an open closet, and a balcony with access to the outdoor area of the villa. The main area of the villa is open plan design with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, dining table and sitting area with sofa and couches. Three bedrooms have their own kitchenets with stove tops and sitting-dining areas. There are 4 well designed bathrooms with shower arranged on each floor.
The villa has a washing machine and dryer.
The villa has split system air conditioners throughout.
The front veranda is equipped with a pergola for the sun, an outdoor table for 10ps, a perfect area to enjoy breakfast and dinner with sea view of the Kastraki bay. The 1st floor veranda is equipped with pergola for the sun and an outdoor table for 4ps.
A 12 x 4m swimming pool 1,2 – 1,5 m depth surrounded by the olive trees of the villa plot and a seating area with sunbeds, dining table for 10ps and pergola is in front of the villa.

In case of cancellation 60 days prior to the booking no fee will be charged, the deposit and the security deposit will be returned.
In case of cancellation within the 60 days period before the reservation date there will be a charge of 100% as a cancellation fee .
