The villa is a single floor villa with access to garden beds and pool from each section of the property.
The villa consists of 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ample cupboard space and access to the outdoor area.
The second bedroom has a double bed, plenty of cupboard space and access to the outdoor area of the villa.
the villa has 2 well designed bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and double basin sink and the other with a relaxing bathtub and overhead shower.
A separate laundry room with washing machine and outdoor area with built clothes lines.
The main area of the villa is open plan living design with a fully equipped kitchen, gas stove top, dishwasher, dining table and sitting area with couches to enjoy. The back outdoor area is equipped with canopies for the sun, cupboards and is perfect area to enjoy breakfast. The villa has split system air conditioners throughout.
Leading to the front outdoor area you will find succulent garden beds, outdoor dining area overlooking the swimming pool and sea, with 4 sunbeds provided.
Stelida is approximately a 5km drive from Chora Naxos. Close driving distance to Agia Anna and Agios Prokopis beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Walking distance to Stelida beach and wind surfing club. We advise car or bike rental in order to explore the island.

In case of cancellation 60 days prior to the booking no fee will be charged, the deposit and the security deposit will be returned.
In case of cancellation within the 60 days period before the reservation date there will be a charge of 100% as a cancellation fee .
