KUZULU BEACH HOUSE, is located in Plaka area of Naxos with 100 meters walking distance to one of the most captivating beaches on the island. Plaka Beach is an extensive beach with restaurants and bars alongside the beach. From the long stretches of the white sandy beach, to the clear night skies, it becomes an addition to the peace and tranquility one needs on enjoying the meaning of vacations. Plaka area is located 7kms from Chora Town. We advise car or motor bike rental a necessity for this area and to explore all the island has to offer.

LAYOUT:
The villa comprises of 2 levels. The top floor level comprises of 2 master bedrooms with queen beds, balconies and 2 bathrooms with one bathroom an en suite. The main level of the villa comprises of a lounge area overlooking the external swimming pool and exclusive garden area. One will find a bedroom with a double bed with double pull out and bathroom. A fully equipped kitchen with modern design can cater for all guest needs. This floor leads the way to the outdoor area.
OUTDOOR FEATURES:
KUZULU BEACH HOUSE has a vastly large outdoor dining area, with dining table an outdoor kitchenette for catering needs, a private swimming pool (3 x 10 meters), equipped with sunbeds to lie around and soak up the sun. There is also an outdoor shower built within an oasis garden. The fire pit and bbq area include an outdoor dining table and many couched seating areas. The villa is situated in a quiet and private area of Plaka beach.

In case of cancellation 60 days prior to the booking no fee will be charged, the deposit and the security deposit will be returned.
In case of cancellation within the 60 days period before the reservation date there will be a charge of 100% as a cancellation fee.
