Villa Salina, is located in Agios Prokopios area of Naxos, a seaside village with a wonderful endless sandy beach (260m from Villa Salina). Within 5kms from Naxos town or else known as Chora. The villa is a 3km distance to Naxos Airport and very well connected with public transport including a bus stop on the main road. Agios Prokopios provides an ideal setting area for those that seek a unique travel experience by the seaside. Within walking distance you will find bakeries, supermarkets, beauty salon, pharmacy, restaurants, night life, clothes stores and tourist shops. From the long stretches of the white sandy beach, to the clear night skies, it becomes an addition to the peace and tranquility one needs on enjoying the meaning of vacations. We advise car or motor bike rental to explore all the island has to offer. Villa Salina 50 meters from the Lagos mare local bus stop.

LAYOUT:

The villa is built of 2 levels and an independent apartment. The main floor level comprises of a large lounge area with built in couches, a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances, dining area to cater for up to 8 people and a vanity bathroom. This area leads to the external main outdoor section of the villa.
The top level comprises of 2 bedrooms one with a king size bed, majestic sea view and a balcony accessible by both bedrooms. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a balcony access with sea views. The bathroom on this floor also includes a washing machine.
The basement individual apartment is 44sqm, comprises of a sitting area with built in couches, a kitchen area, equipped with stove, refrigerator and microwave, dining table for 4, king bed bedroom, bathroom with shower and a laundry section with washing machine. Wardrobes are built throughout all bedrooms. The basement apartment has a sofa area which can be used as a child’s bed with peace and quiet. The villa has 2 full bathrooms, vanity bathroom and 2 washing machines.

OUTDOOR FEATURES:

Villa Salina has exceptional outdoor areas comprising of 2 levels. The outdoor areas are accessible from both floors. Designed for total relaxation in mind the outdoor section on the main level has an area with dining table section to cater for 8 people with pergola, external sitting furniture and a private hot tub to relax and enjoy any part of the day. The majestic outdoor has exceptional sea views of Agios Prokopios
beach and captivating sunsets. The area one can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner or just the perfect setting to enjoy your ultimate holiday experience. The villa has 2 sofa beds which can be available upon request.

In case of cancellation 60 days prior to the booking no fee will be charged, the deposit and the security deposit will be returned.
In case of cancellation within the 60 days period before the reservation date there will be a charge of 100% as a cancellation fee .
