Villa Nausicaa is part of a villa complex, offering marvelous sunset views and it is located in the very quiet Kastraki area, with total tranquility and privacy. Located in a beautiful area and close drive from the famous beaches of Mikri Vigla, Kastraki and Agiassos, Villa Nausicaa is the perfect base to explore the island. This villa comfortably sleeps 6 people. We advise car or bike rental for this area.

The beautiful white sandy beach of Kastraki is located approximately 17 kilometers from Naxos Town and it is the beach after Mikri Vigla. This is a beach with all the qualities expected of a Greek island crystal clear blue waters, peace and quiet and villages close by to explore restaurants, taverns, tradition  and culture. The nearest beaches are Mikri Vigla and Alyko.

LAYOUT 

Villa Nausicaa consists of 2 floors. On the main floor there is an open plan living fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge area with comfortable small double sofa beds, bathroom and laundry area. This floor leads to a private outdoor sitting area with furniture.
The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed. In the master bedroom you will find a walk out balcony with outdoor furniture.

The house is equipped with air conditioning.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation 60 days prior to the booking no fee will be charged, the deposit and the security deposit will be returned.
In case of cancellation within the 60 days period before the reservation date there will be a charge of 100% as a cancellation fee .
