Villa Ilios is sought to be equipped with high standards both external and internal to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay, in a relaxing environment of sea and mountain views. It has been designed and furnished for a cozy and comfort retreat in mind. It’s a paradise to endulge. Stelida area is close to the port of Naxos and airport. Surrounding the area is some of the most popular beaches of Naxos, Agios Prokopios and Agia Anna. The area has supermarkets, restaurants and evening outings. Villa Ilios is close to a beach within walking distance. Naxos Town where a guest will enjoy traditional tavernas, restaurants and shopping is a 5km drive. We advise car or bike rental in order to discover all Naxos Island has to offer.

LAYOUT:

The villa has 2 floors via internal staircase. On the main floor a guest will enjoy an open plan living room area with built in couches which would comfortably sleep children. The dining table seats 4 people. The living room is equipped with a TV. This area comprises of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and espresso machine. On the same level there is a large vanity room with washing machine. The interior is designed with total comfort in mind to enjoy. This area has direct access to the main outdoor area.
The top floor is via a staircase which leads to the main bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double built in beds one with a king size the other with a queen size mattresses. There is ample cupboard and wardrobe space. The main attraction is the balcony view with external seating to be able to unwind overlooking the sea, mountain and Naxos town. A full bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity sink is another feature on the top floor.

OUTDOOR FEATURES:

Villa Ilios has a vastly large outdoor dining area, with dining table and built couches to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, an outdoor kitchenette for catering needs, a private heated spa overlooking the sea, equipped with bean loungers, to lie around and soak up the sun. The area has a outdoor shower. The villa has extraodinary outdoor landscaping gardens throughout the property. There are 3 outdoor seating areas being the dining area, spa area and to enjoy sun or shade the villa provides a seating area at the front area of the property. The villa provides private allocated parking space.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation 60 days prior to the booking no fee will be charged, the deposit and the security deposit will be returned.
In case of cancellation within the 60 days period before the reservation date there will be a charge of 100% as a cancellation fee .
